From the first day we were shown a house to finish, they stood by us and are always available to let you know the true state of things. We were first time buyers with no idea of the mortgage market. There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)So far we are very happy with their service ( still in process ) dealt with Ann McDonald who has been on the ball with everything even to all our questions, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Will continue with revue when all is complete.
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We were very happy with the service that we received from Robinson Jackson. It was not a completely straight forward sale but communication was excellent with the team. We appreciated the support to eventual sale of the property and responsiveness at all times.

He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We used Williams & Donovan for the sale and purchase of our new home from June 2025 to when we completed in February 2026. The whole team were great from start to finish, the valuation and photos for the sale of our property with Lloyd, to our viewings organised and managed by Anita, Darren and Denise and a special mention to Stephanie who was a great help with our sale progression. She kept us up to date where needed and gave us regular reassurance due to unforseen circumstances in the chain. Stephanie was very responsive, always polite and helpful and in regular contact with us throughout, a great support! Thank you to you all, we would recommend Williams & Donovan.
