Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.

From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

I had a buyer and the deal didn’t go through because the agents wanted cash under the table. Also former member of staff from the Bromley branch made it clear he and alongside a few other with different background were getting pushed out the company

From the start, Sam was really easy to talk to, and he explained things clearly, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the process. He was always happy to answer our questions (and we had quite a few), and he kept us updated throughout, which made everything feel much more manageable. He was supportive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us through such an important step. Buying a first home can be quite overwhelming, but Sam made the whole experience feel a lot smoother. We would also highly recommend John Payne Lee for their excellent service and support throughout. Thanks again, Sam we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Merci!f- 16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.
