16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

From the very beginning right through to completion, she was there every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.<br><br>Lynne was always proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive. She was constantly chasing things up, getting answers to our questions quickly, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. It genuinely felt like she was invested in making sure everything progressed as efficiently as possible.<br><br>Her communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Having someone so knowledgeable, dependable and involved from beginning to end made a huge difference to our experience.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynne to anyone buying or selling a property. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful and accommodating, and always do their best to arrange viewings around your availability.<br><br>I’ve found the team very honest and understanding throughout, while always maintaining a professional approach. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I had such a positive experience with Mia and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, understanding and attentive. It took her no time at all to understand exactly what I was looking for in a rental, and I genuinely felt listened to and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Although I ultimately didn’t end up securing a property through Foxtons, what really stood out to me was that Mia continued to check in and follow up with me afterwards. Mia knew my required move date was approaching and took the time to make sure I had something lined up, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and showed how much she genuinely cared. I’m extremely grateful for all of Mia’s help and support and would recommend her to anyone looking for a property.

From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.- 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)For reasons beyond mine and the company’s control, this was long and frustrating sale.<br><br>The team, and in particular Godefroy, were absolute rocks. He and they went above and beyond to get this tortuous process over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank him and his several colleagues enough from different departments, who all in various ways were the ultimate professionals in, in my case, the very frustrating and complex business of selling my property.<br><br>I live a 4/hour drive away from my London property and was unable to be present when someone was required to be in attendance. 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional. What I don’t understand is- they came up as the top agent on this site, which does not add up- that is not my experience at all.
