Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I went to Bairstow Eves in November for a two bed property to rent and at that time they didn't have any.Bethany advised me to come around January since that time was closer to my move out date than November. Before I went over she called me and asked if I was still searching and I told her yes.She talked to me about my preferences and got me booked in for a viewing last week.I am very appreciated of her patience, quick responses to my enquiry and all the information she gave me and would like to thank her for her efforts.

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Once they had my signature they did not complete the promises given. Communication was not good in fact they even just ignored phone calls even on day of completion . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
