They are professional, friendly, proactive, approachable, responsive and communicate well. Nothing seems any trouble to them. They are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

27th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Our overall experience was totally unsatisfactory. We never received a single enquiry, phone call or any other contact of any kind. We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????

Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better. Fiona and the team have been my agents for 10 years and never once did I think i was with the wrong Agent. Thanks for Everything Fiona and your wonderful team.
