She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

I felt confident in their ability to do their best for me. They went over and above what I expected of them. - 16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.
