12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Got a phone call from Kenny mcewan from mcewan fraser regarding a family matter excellent advice given if you need any advice then these are the lawyers to contact.
18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Great experience with Karen in particular - wonderful attention to detail and very caring and empathetic too. Very happy with the service provided.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Having recently completed selling my house with Cullen Kilshaw, Peebles office, many thanks for a great service from everyone. And particularly to Imogen and Morag, who both kept in touch consistently, updated me throughout the process and were available to answer questions quickly. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended if looking to market your home.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Excellent service from Rettie throughout the sale of our property. The team were professional, helpful and very communicative. We were very pleased with the service we received and would happily recommend Rettie Borders.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a healthcare professional moving to the Scottish Borders to support the local community, I expected a basic level of professionalism from Edwin Thompson. Instead, they completely wasted our family's time. We were asked to submit a detailed application form with sensitive personal details on 2nd September just to secure a property viewing. After taking our data, they went completely silent. I followed up via email on 9th September asking for an update, but received absolutely no response from Molly. It is entirely unprofessional to harvest personal data from busy professionals relocating to the area and then completely ignore them.
5th May 2021 (5 years ago)Such a bad customer service Galashiels office arranged viewings but forgot to let us know no one will be there Ridiculous service
