30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)This is the third time we have used the services of Cullen Kilshaw to sell a property successfully.<br>In our recent sale we used the Peebles office for the first time. Both Morag and Imogen were professional, helpful and friendly. A special mention to Imogen who kept in touch with us every step of the way and was very supportive. The cost of the services was very competitive and our sale was again successful in a very short period of time<br>Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

From the initial guidance on my house, the market and ideas on how to prepare for market, through to accepting an offer were first class. 16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.

They set up a WhatsApp group from the start so that we were all up to date despite meetings, holidays or simply snoozing after lunch. All the team were very helpful but Patrick deserves particular mention in dispatches because of his invaluable help and advice in connection with our onward purchase in England. We could not have done it without him. Thank you to all the team, we can thoroughly recommend you.
