Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

I felt confident in their ability to do their best for me. They went over and above what I expected of them. I wholeheartedly believe they are the best team of people to support you in selling and buying property. They made the whole process seamless. ,
22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Didn't feel the advert was informative of selling points. Seems very generic amd nothing personal. Also photos did not do property justice. But in a small area he knows what he doing and yes I would recommend him as he just seemed like a friend.
27th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Our overall experience was totally unsatisfactory. We never received a single enquiry, phone call or any other contact of any kind. We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)We haven’t actually used the services of Avenue Road yet, but I feel compelled to write this review anyway. We viewed a house on a bit of a whim and decided we wanted to make an offer. We’d therefore need to put our own house on the market pretty fast! We had a property valuation with Andrew literally the next day. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgable about the local area. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up going to the market as our offer wasn’t accepted on the purchase but if we were, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Andrew again.
