19th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Communication regarding invoices and payments has been very difficult, with repeated delays and the need for constant follow-ups to receive payment. This creates unnecessary stress and makes it hard to manage supplies and ongoing work professionally. I hope the company improves its payment processes and communication with contractors in the future.
24th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.

They were consistently helpful, approachable, and professional, going out of their way to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cullertons to anyone.
