Jas was great at setting up the viewing, and Aran has been great at getting everything sorted, offering to help where necessary, he even responded on the weekend when we transferred funds, resulting in peace of mind and not having to wait until the Monday to ensure it had arrived safely. He has been quick to respond (within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes) to questions, and never made us feel like any question was one too many. I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough.
