24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Orrin and the team at Churchills Bushey!

We viewed over 20 houses during our search, and Churchills is by far the best estate agent in the area. From start to finish, Orrin has been brilliant. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, especially when a previous purchase falls through, but he helped make the process so much more positive.

The team have been friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely super helpful throughout. We’ve always felt supported, and their knowledge of the local area really stands out.

We’re so happy to have found our new home, and we’re incredibly grateful to Orrin and the team for helping us get there.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Churchills Bushey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Easily the best estate agent we dealt with during our search!
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Excellent support in the purchase of the house. Always ready to help each stage of house conveyancing and good communications with solicitors. A big thank you .
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience selling my property with Sewell & Gardner. I was particularly impressed with the marketing – the photography, virtual tour, drone shots and brochure were excellent and really brought the property to life. The whole process of getting the property listed was also very smooth and easy to manage online.

The sale itself ended up being a long and sometimes challenging process, but Jackie, Harry and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive throughout. Harry in particular was great at keeping me updated and pushing things forward right until completion.

Really grateful for all their help and very happy to have got the sale over the line. I’d happily recommend the team.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Naz showed us the property in a very detailed and professional manner. Highly appreciated.
27th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie, and she couldn’t have made our move easier. Everything was clearly communicated, and any questions or problems that we had along the way were dealt with immediately and with the utmost care. It was a lovely experience!
30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.

In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.

Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.

Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.

I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.- 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)????? 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Our story on purchasing and selling through Connells have a big story. With this hardship situation where I had to change 3 buyers on my sale the team Brandon & Aimee played an instrumental role in convincing our seller who had contract with multiple agencies. A simple chain but it took 7 months for our move. Every movement is a hardship and the team dealt with utmost highly professional and composed. I have been associated with Connells since 2022 and this is one of the best agency in Watford.
