From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. In what turned out to be a challenging market, they were the team who got the sale over the line.<br>Throughout the process, they were honest, professional and always straightforward with us. Communication was excellent, and someone was always available at the end of the phone whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, particularly during the more stressful stages towards completion.<br>Selling a house can be a difficult experience, but Village made it as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would happily use them again in the future.

Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 21st Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. He is very prompt in discussing any concerns with the landlord and liaising with the agency to make sure issues are resolved as soon as possible. He also follows up to check that everything is okay and reassures me that I can contact him whenever I need any help. He is very polite, professional, and helpful, and I really appreciate his support. Every time we visited one of their properties, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Once we found the perfect home, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The very same week our offer was accepted, they created a WhatsApp group to guide us through the process and keep us updated every step of the way. We were never left wondering what was happening next or waiting for information. From offer to completion took just three months, and when we collected the keys, they were waiting for us with a thoughtful goody bag and personalised cupcakes, which was such a lovely touch. Heartwood Homes is run by kind, hardworking people who truly care about their clients. From the very beginning, he was absolutely exceptional and made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been.<br>Adam was incredibly professional, approachable and proactive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br>There were certainly challenges along the way as everyone goes through during selling / buying properties, but Adam handled every situation calmly and professionally. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, liaise with everyone involved and help overcome any issues that arose. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.
