He was super helpful, patiently answered all of our questions, and kindly accommodated a last-minute property viewing at very short notice. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

From start to finish, the professionalism, service, communication and support we received from Alan, Sam, Paul & the team were outstanding. We felt that, on multiple occasions, they went above and beyond to deliver for us. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.- 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Even though my sale didn’t quite go as I had hoped, I cannot fault the Rickmansworth office in their efforts. Hannah especially was a steady presence and always available with advice. It was good to have a dedicated member of the staff dealing with the process from offer accepted to finish.

Hugh you are very approachable and have looked at our situation and our needs. You have stuck to the plan and our Viewings have been top class in comparison to a competitor! Your team Max, Ben And Oliver who have taken time out of their schedules to get to know our home! And wow we are so impressed at the passion and commitment they have in the one thing they need to …. Sell our home! Feedback is on time and without fail. They are suited and booted which tells us that our home is in good hands! If you don’t enrol your home to DFW you are doing an injustice to your home! Keep going team we will sell it!
