When Sophie came to our home initially to give a valuation, I knew immediately that we would use her company. They do exactly what they say they will, all communications were constant, any queries we had, we were always able to get hold of Sophie or Andreia. The house was sold within 3 months and I could not recommend them enough. Thank you!
31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We have just sold our house with Churchills in Bushey. From the valuation to completion it took just 22 weeks. Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Francesco and his team come highly from us and get our top marks. Well done guys. ???????????? ? ? ? ? ?

The team has been brilliant throughout the process – always quick to reply to emails, happy to fit us in for last-minute viewings where possible, and have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their communication and customer service have been excellent. We will definitely be using them if we were to sell in the future. Thank you to everyone at James!
27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.- 22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Foxtons is a great institution and it’s always a good experience doing business with them. All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. She is the most hard working, easy going estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s even just an honour to have been in her company. Her energy radiates when you are stood next to her. She is beyond incredible. My life improved significantly after meeting her. Thank you for being such a friendly and affable woman. I will always recommend to tons simply because of her.
6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.

On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence. We couldn't have undertaken this sale without Megan and John. Highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents.

So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!

They are pro-active, good communicators, highly organised, and diplomatic - and when necessary will fight your corner. It felt like we were in the hands of friends who knew exactly what they were doing. So glad we chose an agency so rooted in the area.

She was very helpful providing lots of useful information about the property and the landlord, and answering all my questions before, during, and after the viewing. I would definitely recommend this agency. They take good care of both landlords and tenants.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. From the very beginning, he was absolutely exceptional and made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been.<br>Adam was incredibly professional, approachable and proactive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br>There were certainly challenges along the way as everyone goes through during selling / buying properties, but Adam handled every situation calmly and professionally.
