15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. The team were professional, helpful and kept me informed throughout the letting process. 24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Orrin and the team at Churchills Bushey!

We viewed over 20 houses during our search, and Churchills is by far the best estate agent in the area. From start to finish, Orrin has been brilliant. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, especially when a previous purchase falls through, but he helped make the process so much more positive.

The team have been friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely super helpful throughout. We’ve always felt supported, and their knowledge of the local area really stands out.

We’re so happy to have found our new home, and we’re incredibly grateful to Orrin and the team for helping us get there.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Churchills Bushey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Easily the best estate agent we dealt with during our search!
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.

I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.

Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Excellent support in the purchase of the house. Always ready to help each stage of house conveyancing and good communications with solicitors. A big thank you .
27th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie, and she couldn’t have made our move easier. Everything was clearly communicated, and any questions or problems that we had along the way were dealt with immediately and with the utmost care. It was a lovely experience!
30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.

In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.

Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.

Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.

I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Andrew from Rochester Place is a fantastic estate agent. Working with him has been so easy and he's kept me up to date throughout. Many times his service went above and beyond expected. I would definitely recommend Andrew / Rochester Place to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve seen 5 properties all shown by Georgie Fletcher who has been so unbelievably wonderful. Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information. It really meant a lot to us how empathetic she was when our original sale fell through. Would definitely recommend northwood and would be happy to have Georgie Fletcher show again.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Our story on purchasing and selling through Connells have a big story. With this hardship situation where I had to change 3 buyers on my sale the team Brandon & Aimee played an instrumental role in convincing our seller who had contract with multiple agencies. A simple chain but it took 7 months for our move. Every movement is a hardship and the team dealt with utmost highly professional and composed. I have been associated with Connells since 2022 and this is one of the best agency in Watford.- 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Emily has been fantastic throughout the whole process of helping me buy my first home!
