11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.

They were accessible, professional and empathetic. We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. 21st Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Lovely experience with Richard and Halina. They couldn't have done more for me. I've taken my property off the market for now but I fully expect F and C to sell it for me.
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
2nd Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.

19th May 2020 (5 years ago)Amelia Sheldon from Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly. Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Alison and her team at Character & Country. From the very beginning she was very friendly, kind and helpful. Was very impressed with the media service gathering photos and videos of our home in preparation for it to go on the market. During the sell we were regularly updated on progress and they were readily contactable and available to help. Great service!
