We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team.
