25th May 2023 (2 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. Tony and his team are professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They are excellent negotiators who look after the experience of both the seller and the buyer in order to achieve a secure sale as quickly as possible. Buying or selling property can be a pretty stressful experience, but Anthony Jones Properties understands this and does absolutely everything to make it a positive experience and ensure things go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them
7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We tried to buy a commercial site next to our factory in Bishop Auckland, some dodgy dealing and back handers with Chris Farlow must have happened as we offered £750K which was turned down and the site sold for 695K. the purchaser and ourself were in the same position (cash buyers) apparently the previous owner wanted someone who could rent the site...??? We had no other option to rent it and signed a lease for 10years but to this day it baffles me why an agent would sell for less and not try to get the best price for their clients? Can you smell a rat??? Carver will carve your selling price!! do not use them

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!

They found me a suitable tenant very quickly, and they are both extremely professional, efficient and personable, and made the whole renting out process run very smoothly. When one is either on the phone or with clients the other takes over with a seamless transition. They explained everything clearly and immediately followed through with documentation, updates and organising the necessary contractors. Nothing was too much trouble, and I truly couldn't have asked for more! They are a great team, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
