Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. He went the extra mile and got involved with collecting / handing over keys, taking meter readings and even suggesting local contractors for maintenance (we were a long distant owner). He found a buyer and it all ran very smoothly. Highly recommended!

She always kept me informed, took time to explain things and just been so lovely, approachable and supportive. Nothing has felt like too much trouble, and its made such a difference having someone who genuinely takes the time to help throughout the process.<br><br>Thank you, Sophie, for making everything so much easier! ??

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Marketing was terrible. Shouldn’t be using an iPhone for marketing photos. Spelling mistakes in brochure. Didn’t understand local market and knowledge of the town. Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. Don’t recommend.

In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.<br><br>The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.<br><br>Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.

Like almost all houses purchases there were twists and turns and quite a few challenges along the way. Throughout we felt the whole team were with us and working in our best interests to get a result (not just a sale). I would particularly pick out Joy who was top notch. She got information quickly when we asked for it, she was responsive, helpful, knowledgable friendly, and understanding. She went above and beyond and when things got a bit challenging her guidance was always on the nail, always invaluable. I’d also give a shout out to Sally who we met early on and again when we collected the keys. This is a professional team with bags of experience and just the right amount of approachability. They’ve been a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

After this they ensured I was kept up to date with developments and were always extremely helpful with any queries I had.
