We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I contacted R&G Financial Services Ltd regarding a flat to rent. They firmly assured me that they would get back to me, but they completely disappeared. They never contacted me again and simply rented out the flat without any notice. Vary basic customer service and a total lack of communication. If you are looking for a reliable agency that respects potential tenants' time, look elsewhere. Awful experience.

A very friendly and approachable person. I hope his work ethic and client centred approach is appreciated internally as it is externally.<br><br>I had a horrible experience with another estate agent and spoke to Allan for some advice, and even though I ended up changing my mind about selling, Allan was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. I truly felt supported and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience. Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
