They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

Help and advice was just at the end of the phone/email and the team always acted promptly to make things happen, whether it was arranging to list and market our property or arranging viewing of properties we were interested in seeing. She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress. With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her. What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I genuinely cannot recommend Wrights of Campsie highly enough.<br><br>My selling journey was far from straightforward. My first sale unfortunately fell through at a very late stage, which was incredibly stressful, but throughout the entire process the team were exceptional. They went above and beyond at every stage — keeping me informed, offering reassurance when I needed it, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel that they were genuinely invested in getting me to the finish line.<br><br>When my first sale fell through, they immediately picked everything back up and worked incredibly hard to get my property back on the market (within a day!) and under offer (two days later!) What could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier by having a team who were proactive, responsive and always seemed to be one step ahead. Debbie (in particular) helped keep me grounded when the stress levels were getting high!<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another property on their book. They knew what was happening with my sale, kept in touch throughout, chased things when necessary and were there for all the ups and downs along the way.<br><br>Absolutely worthy of five stars!!!
