19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

18th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

From start to finish, Colin was professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.<br><br>Colin’s communication was excellent, and his expertise and dedication really shone through. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>We would highly recommend Colin and the team at Remax Carluke to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Munro property were amazing at helping me buy my first house and made the process so easy. Unlike most there communication skills were outstanding and were very helpful along the way. Thankyou :)
5th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Despite being a smaller agency, they made a big impact with their professionalism, communication, and personal service. Paul and the team expertly managed the sale and the entire chain of purchases and sales, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. This is the benefit of having a local and knowledgeable agent who knows the local buyers, sellers and solicitors. If you are buying or selling in Kilsyth or neighbouring towns there is only one choice to receive one single point of contact and hassle free for your purchase or sale.

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

So professional, thorough and talked me through every step - and answered ALL of my questions!<br><br>Photographs of the property were brilliant. David took the time to get to know the property and surrounding area and wrote up a brilliant description of it.<br><br>The flat sold after one day on the market because they know how to make it sought after and sell!
