19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience. Joe has been easy to get in touch with and really proactive about making the sale move along as quickly as possible.
