From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. 1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.- 15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

We had difficulties with our sale (problematic buyer and their solicitor!) but Brookes were incredibly supportive throughout the process. In particular Claire was fantastic working closely with us and their client! If we ever sell then I know who we will be using!

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.

29th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
