Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?. After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you.
