Some great deals to be had if you're lucky.<br>I'd suggest showing up early to see whats there and then bidding online back at home to avoid standing around for ages waiting for your lot to come up. There is a telehandler there that will help load your trailer which is very handy.<br>It was disappointing to see so much litter from the burger van scattered about. Any machine with a bucket seemed to be fair game to chuck rubbish into. I came back to my trailer to see it had been used as a dustbin. You would expect better from the farming community.

Alan who showed us round on a few occasions was also brilliant. Knowledgeable about the properties and very personable! I would recommend the agent for selling and buying very professional. I'm also a mortgage broker so communicate with a lot of estate agents and I found them so easy to deal with!

26th Apr 2020 (6 years ago)At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.

21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Mark Wiggin Estate Agents handled our recent sale in the Marches very efficiently, despite the challenging property climate at the time. The office team provided us with regular updates, prompt support and advice. It was a fairly drawn-out process as the chain was long and complicated but it all completed successfully on the appointed day. Mark and his team provided a most helpful personal service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
