Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.- 15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

From our initial valuation with David, we knew we were in safe hands. They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. 22nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will seem really helpful and on the ball to get you into a property. But are happy to leave you in bad conditions once you are in, with little to no comms. Avoid at all costs if you want to live somewhere without blocked pipes, rotting floors (which were promised to be done in week 1 of me moving in as they are rotting from a leak from the previous tenant, leaking toilet, dead animal (rat like) smells (and possibly dead animals - who knows as they haven’t arranged for anyone to look into it), radiators on the floor (that have fallen off the wall) and radiators that don’t heat up. These are just a few of the issues I am currently facing in the property let by Digby and Turner. The builder Owen uses is incapable and when finally replacing the toilet last friday after almost 2 months of waiting, he left full access to my property by leaving the back door wide open for a minimum of 2 days whilst I was away caring for family. This was after he left the front door open to the street, allowing my German shepherd to run straight into the road. I am receiving very limited communications from Owen and am having to seek legal advice to find out what I can do next. AVOID DIGBY AND TURNER. Would have given 0 stars, but Google says you have to pick at least 1. Couple of photos attached so you can see this review is very real and see how filthy the property was when taking it on, despite being told cleaners were going in. I highlighted over a month ago that this is worsening a health condition which I am currently receiving hospital treatment for, yet still have not even received an apology from Owen/Digby and Turner, let alone getting the work done. I don’t even know if the landlord knows of the state of disrepair his property is in, so if you are looking for someone to let your property, consider how Digby and turner will look after it (or not look after it) before considering them as an option. Worst agency I have ever experienced - so much so that I am writing this review, which I have never done before, but the level of ignorance and inability to provide safe accommodation, or stick to agreements is unbelievable and I wanted to warn others before they find themselves in the horrible conditions I am living in.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Great experience with Northwood Cardiff. Can’t really fault them. Everyone who I had contact with was efficient and helpful. I must say that Paris particularly took really great photos and videos of my home.<br>It was sold STC within a couple of days of going on the market to the 2nd person who viewed it.<br>The legal process took months but Claire was always happy to update and reassure me.<br>All in all I really couldn’t be happier.

This turned out to be the case, with the final sale price exceeding all expectations. Living in London, Matthew and his team kept me fully informed of all the details of the viewings, with everything handled remotely. I can recommend Hattons for handling a property sale.
