They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, always taking the time to answer my questions and assist with my requests. 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.

I would highly recommend James for anyone looking to buy a house with Sowerbys Norwich- 30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.
