15th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.- 30th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very brutal landlord agents, do not respond to issues, do not take inventory of worn out items that need replacing, do not show any concern for living standards of there tenants. 3rd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Feedback for Cara Since signing up with Howard’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cara. Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.

Although our sale took a while (unusual property) we had loads of support and help with the negotiations. Alix was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed all the time. Highly recommended.
9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were very very disappointed by the firm that Ollie recommended ,it was so bad that after 5 months we were in a situation of not owning my late mums home and had no money transfered so very very annoyed ,disappointed,and angry with Your Move Beccles ...the experience has led us as a large family to avoid using this company again ..also Ive noticed the nice new office near Normanston Drive so someone is making a rather large profit !!!

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

All of whom have always been helpful, and courteous .<br>I have got to mention Lauren Godbold though above all of her colleagues . I have had reason to contact the office several times a week , and sometimes several times a day. I'm currently in the middle of a complex section 21 process , and Lauren has liaised with me , my solicitors, the council , the tenant and even the<br>tenant's solicitors at one point! Lauren even helped me through a tricky process of emails, photographs and days and dates while my wife and I were in Portugal ,<br>There were "time critical" tasks that Lauren carried out (which I'd only found out about while on holiday) for me so professionally, and calmly, I dont know what I would have done without her continued help in this whole process , she has been professionalism personified . I've been desperate at the beginning of a call to Lauren but by the end of it I was calm and totally reassured .<br>Thank You .
