8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

However, the Preston Park sales team were really helpful throughout the process and their communication and updates were better than my solicitor! There were a few delays within my chain, but we got there in the end. Thank you to Kate, David, Tom, Suzanne and Emily. The flowers and card were also nice to receive on completion day.

It was a difficult climate in which to sell, but Keith and the team did not give up. Communication was excellent and Lindsay, in particular, was relentless in chasing up the other members of the chain to agree a move date. Our neighbours were very impressed that they received notification as to when their new neighbours were going to be moving in - a nice touch.

4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

Throughout the process, all the staff have been so helpful, especially Dionne Adams, who found a buyer after the first viewing, and answered all the questions we asked, however small. 22nd Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Finding a good agent is not easy, it is more luck than judgement. Harris Wickens have been exceptional. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
