The team at Sims Williams were all up to date with what was going on with the sale and were reassuring, reliable and informative. I was so impressed with Emma who went 'above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough for this, but also huge thanks to Tamsin, Lynne and Hebe all of who gave a fantastic service. This is the third time I've used Sims Williams and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you all.

23rd Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Been an awful experience with Ben and Dominic. Looked at leasing a property and put in offers. They then switched to sell the commercial property. Put offers in at 25% over asking price and they came back saying it must be a minimum of 50% over asking! Totally unprofessional and misleading with advertised prices. Waste of 4 months.
