They worked in our interest at all times and were particularly effective in the final stages when communications between all parties were required. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Due to the current housing market situation, it was a long and frustrating experience to finally find a buyer but the team were very helpful, always professonal and did everything they could to support us and see the sale through to the end. I would recommend them.

She is such a wonderful lady and explained things to us clearly even if she knows that we are just initially planning to rent. Will definitely go back once we're ready to make a move!

Storrington is a hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking vistas and places to enjoy leisure and Nature. I’m a little reluctant to share my honest thoughts... I don’t want too many people to know what a great deal moving to the area is. The cat’s out of the bag now, though.

I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

As first time buyers everything seems stressful and scary, Sarah has done everything in her power to make it as calm and easy as possible, even with our persistent emails??????. From start to finish we have felt seen and looked out for by this amazing team and couldn’t recommend them high enough for anyone buying or selling.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

It has been so nice to work with such down-to-earth estate agents who supported us throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home.<br><br>Viewings were always arranged in bulk bookings, which made everything much easier to manage. The team explained everything in simple terms, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>I would highly recommend Pear to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
