Comyn & James Town & Country Homes
Burberry Lodge, 143A Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2BX
(43 reviews)
10th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Comyn & James were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They offer a professional and efficient service but with a very friendly and personal touch. They worked in our interest at all times and were particularly effective in the final stages when communications between all parties were required. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.

The Carter Family
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I had a great experience with Michael Jones Lettings( Worthing Lettings) today. I would like to thank Darcy Hutchby for her outstanding service.
She was very professional, patient, and understanding throughout our conversation. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which I truly appreciated.
Thank you for such a positive experience. I would highly recommend both Darcy and the agency Michael Jones Lettings ( Worthing Lettings).
26th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just started letting out our house with Hamptons - all great so far!
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We could not have chosen a better estate agent. Courtney Green were excellent in every way.
Cameron our assigned agent was superb. He worked diligently and kept us informed daily. He provided advice continually, all of which led to a successful sale. If it wasn’t for Cameron I am convinced that the sale and purchase would not have happened.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)They came out to do a property valuation, and we never heard from then again.
No follow up, no call, no email.
They valued our property the lowest of all 5 agents who came out and the gentleman seemed relaxed and uninterested.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Very smooth process moving into my new tenancy with Henry Adams. Alex Bush was very friendly and helpful, always prompt to respond!
5th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Patience and detail and finding the right buyer....would use Fowlers again!!!!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Very negative experience. Oliver was probably using AI and copy-pasting responses in emails—nothing felt personal or genuine. He also used high-pressure sales tactics and seemed willing to say anything to close a deal. I was helping my mum sell her property and was really put off by the whole approach.- 22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Thank you, thank you, thank you.

From multiple viewings of different properties through Fowlers to finding my home, yesterday was the day I picked up the keys to my new cottage.

You have been incredible, and thank you so much for all you have done to get the cottage over the line.

An estate agents I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Charlie was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to get the information I asked for. Accommodating at all times.
Returned phone calls and emails immediately - a rarity these days!
I could go on phrasing him. The bottom line is, he deserves a 5 star review.
Thanks Charlie!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Great experience with King and Chasemore, Charlie in particular. I am a contractor, asked to do some work at one of the properties they have on the market. Their communication, professionalism and accommodation allowed us to complete the works ahead of schedule and to a great standard.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)The team at Robert Luff are incredible! Luke was incredibly attentive throughout the whole process - as first time buyers we were a little clueless but Luke made sure every question was answered (even the silly ones!) We couldn’t be happier in our new home
13th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Jo, Kevin, Caroline and Paul are a seamless friendly Team providing an excellent and proactive service throughout the selling process. Any problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and with a caring concern.
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Helpful and supportive staff. Always available to answer questions, however small.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Martin approached me about selling my property and I am delighted with the service I received from both him and Olivia, the founder of the company . They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed Coast and Country to advertise my flat for sale. Chris was very informative and kept me up to date with every aspect of the sale. I was very lucky to get an offer on my flat after the first viewing. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish and would highly recommend Coast and Country.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Joe and team were very good got back to you straight away if not available. I found easier to text so I can see the message otherwise I wouldn’t remember what was said.
26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Ella was so helpful throughout the process and we were in within a week of viewing. Highly recommend- 23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very unhelpful and condescending staff when dealing with a legitimate complaint to do with their tenants. Rude, dismissive,
patronising attitude.
