2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I reached out to Knight Frank in the summer for the sale of my property in Chelsea. Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

Contracts are done on time, communications are straight and to the point, any issues are resolved quickly. Gian is always very helpful, professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.
8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I’m leaving this negative review because I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Hollie, the property manager at the time. I understand she no longer works there, but during that year she was a TLC employee and responsible for managing the property. Unfortunately, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and communication was very difficult. On several occasions I felt my complaints were not taken seriously. The most frustrating moment was being told that the landlord had refused to carry out certain repairs, which I later discovered was not accurate.

I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish. I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. Peter dealt with my sometimes unusual requests speedily, efficiently and will good humour.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.
