I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

He is professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me when looking for a property to buy.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Jacob and tlc Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy in Kensington and Chelsea.

And despite of dealing with complicated circumstances like changing Tenancy laws etc he helped us see the process through to a successful outcome. 28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Fabulous sales and rental team at the SW3 office. I have used them to rent out a property for the last 10 years and they have been so brilliant at finding good tenants . I then have recently used them to sell the property which could not of have gone more smoothly. Agnes, the head of the sales team was brilliant at managing the sale of the property, professional and realistic advise, she secured a very smooth quick sale which I was very grateful for given the present landscape of the property market at the moment.

No sales pitch, no imaginary scenarios, just very factual and straight to the point. Very different from other agencies when you hear all sort of numbers which are completely unrealistic and turn out to be just a waste of time<br><br>- they have been INCREDIBLY kind during the whole process. I moved abroad and they have been extremely supportive of all my needs when managing a sale from another country. really, very very kind<br><br>- they reply fast. you send them an email or a WhatsApp and you can expect a reply within 2 minutes max which for me matters a lot<br><br>- they are being very helpful with all the "post sales" little things to sort out, which is also very important<br><br>overall, a truly 5 stars feedback on my side, i strongly recommend them .
