He was just fantastic throughout the entire process from arranging access for various inspections and surveys to keeping us up to date and providing realistic time frames throughout the entire sale. We were also grateful to his other colleagues at the Wimbledon Village office for always getting back to us when Kasper was unavailable and even dropping everything to give us access at short notice. She made the process of navigating a tricky negotiation and completion as straightforward and stress-free as possible and she patiently supported us throughout, making sure the deal got over the line. Her good humour and professionalism was hugely appreciated!

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)If we could give these people negative stars, we would. They are THE worst company I have ever encountered. My husband and I both work in real estate and to see these people in business is a joke. They have been double charging for management fees without any explanation and without notice. They don't answer emails or phone calls, their turnover of staff is constant so you can't get answers from anyone. NOT RECOMMENDED

He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

During the rental process, he was a wonderful bridge between us and the landlord, and we were able to complete the rental procedures quickly. Additionally, his communication style was always very polite and understanding. I would like to thank him here as well.

Even though she was acting for the sellers, she was always fair, honest and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>She was brilliant at keeping everyone updated, chasing things when they needed chasing, and helping with communication between both sets of conveyancers. She also kept in touch with the sellers, which really helped move things along when there were delays.<br><br>Buying a house can be really stressful, but Sam made the whole process much easier. She always replied quickly, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. We really appreciated everything she did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Village Properties.<br><br>The wonderful gift left for us was also hugely appreciated, it was especially enjoyed in the evening after moving on one of the hottest days of the year!!

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

No sales pitch, no imaginary scenarios, just very factual and straight to the point. Very different from other agencies when you hear all sort of numbers which are completely unrealistic and turn out to be just a waste of time<br><br>- they have been INCREDIBLY kind during the whole process. I moved abroad and they have been extremely supportive of all my needs when managing a sale from another country. really, very very kind<br><br>- they reply fast. you send them an email or a WhatsApp and you can expect a reply within 2 minutes max which for me matters a lot<br><br>- they are being very helpful with all the "post sales" little things to sort out, which is also very important<br><br>overall, a truly 5 stars feedback on my side, i strongly recommend them .
