I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.

The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.- 11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Recently exchanged on a stunning 2 bed flat with KFH Putney and couldn't be happier. The branch manager Josh Collins was instrumental in making the transaction happen, with his expertise in negotiating a favourable deal for both parties, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, given I put in an offer lower than the vendors originally wanted to accept. I would also like to give a big shoutout to our lovely sales negotiator Victoria Haugaard, who was very attentive, highly professional and helpful to my parents and I throughout the process and was great to work with both on and off the viewings. Highly recommend this team!

Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. He was professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to pick up the phone and talk things through when needed. 16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Devenports Twickenham based on my recent experience as a buyer.<br><br>After my offer was accepted, I spent several thousand pounds on surveys, legal fees and mortgage arrangements, only to discover that important questions regarding approvals, leasehold documentation, title matters and other property issues remained unresolved.<br><br>What I found most frustrating was being pressured to make decisions and revise my offer before those enquiries had been properly answered. As a buyer, I felt I was being asked to accept unknown risks without being given the information needed to make an informed decision.<br><br>In my view, sellers should have key legal documentation available before marketing a property, and agents should take reasonable steps to verify important information before putting it up for sale. Had this happened, I could have made an informed decision much earlier and avoided significant wasted time, stress and expense.<br><br>The agency wasn’t helpful at all to me as a first-time buyer. They seemed far more keen to pressure me into completing the transaction without proper due diligence and without key questions being answered.<br><br>I was probably saved from making a very expensive mistake, but only after considerable financial and emotional cost. Therefore, I would not recommend this agency, which I found to be unprofessional throughout the transaction.
