Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.
25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

But no offers, perhaps valued incorrectly, didn’t see enough positive change or detailed feedback and actions.

2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback. The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about. I would recommend them.
