She was responsive and available, let me visit the house multiple times and was always on hand to answer questions which meant that things kept moving and the process felt smooth throughout. She was also really warm and friendly, which just made the whole thing a lot easier. He said he doesn’t want to waste his time speaking with people that aren’t serious so I asked him to remove me from the database. Astonished at his poor customer service.

We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

He has always been courteous not overpowering and understanding of me in selling my house even though I've had swatters then being really ill in an induced coma for several months.<br>The empathy shown while selling my house was Amazing and went through like a dream at the right price. Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! 8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I’d like to share my experience with Foxtons Balham, in particular with Jack Delgado.<br>I had booked a viewing for a house in Balham with Jac a few weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. I arrived and — besides being poorly greeted — he did not remember we had an appointment and had no idea as to which property I was meant to view. Worse than that — he then said that the property went under offer the night before, therefore wasting my time as I commuted down south to Balham. I would have appreciated some clear, professional communication. Some ideas for improvement, perhaps: he could have contacted me and informed me that the property went under offer?
