The whole process was very long drawn out due to numerous chains failing through, but was made much less stressful than it could have been by wonderful Hazel. Kept us informed every step of the way, fast to respond to questions, really understanding and helpful. Really fantastic service.<br><br>Thank you all so much, especially Hazel, and apologies for late review!

18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
