19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)If all estate agents had the high bar of professionalism like Emma Mackie, selling and buying would be exciting and stress free. I had left London after living in the wonderful city for 5 decades and moved to West Sussex. Having lived in this part of the world for just over two years, I realised that it was a mistake. I decided to put my property for sale with a local agent and move back to London. Which meant I was going to London regularly to view properties. I had heard of Horton & Garton and and started looking at their properties for sale on their website. I knew instinctively that I would find the perfect home through them but specially once I had met Emma - we just connected and she emitted a very professional aura and yet weaved into it was warmth, knowledge, and someone who knew her field inside out. I had a viewing arranged but the person who was going to take me to see the property was out of the office (I had arrived early) and it was a blustery wet grey day and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Emma with such warmth and made so welcome.<br><br>Unfortunately as my property has not sold I have decided to stay put - but one thing I knew from the very first moment that I met Emma that,she would be the one to find me the right property for me.
1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I have been dealing with Benham & Reeves for the last almost 13 years. As a landlord, I have found them as very reliable and professional in the property letting business. Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable.<br>The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily.<br>Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.
23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I booked a viewing, but I never received the details and couldn’t reach the agent on the day. I was completely stood up. Fortunately, a nearby GIBBS office helped me view the property. This was an unbelievable experience, and I would not trust this agent or recommend renting through them.

Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that. He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal. Buying our home through Paul has been an emotional journey, and he has handled it with real care and heart. 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I had such a positive experience with this management company. As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

They were fantastic to work with, they communicated really well during the application process, and supported when some paperwork on my end needed to be amended. They really leaned in, and were proactive on all fronts - I couldn’t be more grateful!
17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We’ve been super impressed with Mi Homes and how they have helped us with our search - strong local market knowledge, highly professional, quick and clear communication with balanced and realistic assessment on opportunities, and very well polished / detailed presentation on homes that they are selling. In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They arranged viewings quickly, provided honest advice, and never once pressured me. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Extremely frustrating experience with Amelia Knibbs. Showed up on time in 32 degrees heat to find the viewing had been cancelled two hours ago. Apparently she had notified me via text despite every prior exchange being through WhatsApp and email and had the audacity to blame it on me for not seeing it. Absolutely ridiculous.
