All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.

The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Our experience with Gillespie Gibbs was outstanding, and that’s entirely thanks to Adam.<br><br>After going through two terrible experiences with other letting agencies, we had honestly lost hope. Then we met Adam, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about helping us rather than just processing another application.<br><br>He went above and beyond to chase the landlord, keep us updated, and make sure everything moved as quickly as possible so we could move into our new home on time. What impressed us even more was that he would reply to our messages and keep us informed even when he wasn’t working, simply because he knew how stressful the situation was for my family. That level of dedication made us feel supported and gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time.<br><br>His communication was excellent, he was always professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>In today’s rental market, where many landlords do whatever they want and too many agencies seem to forget that tenants are people because of the high demand for housing, it’s incredibly refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Their support made the whole buying process much easier. Highly recommended.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially compared with other agents who can sometimes make you feel pressured or try to sell you anything.<br><br>Adam was great at letting us view the properties at our own pace, answering all our questions, and making sure we never felt rushed or pressured. Very professional experience- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I have consistently had bad experiences looking for a flat through Foxtons in both Ealing and Guildford. This goes to show it is the mentality of the agency, rather than just a branch problem. Essentially, the lettings team will not admit that flats advertised are no longer available, and will offer to show you suitable flats based on your criteria. On most occasions, nearly all the flats did not meet my requirements (furtnished when I need unfurtnished, available after my move in date, etc). This is just a waste of time, which in the end may push some applicants to accept a flat out of need. It would be far better to admit there is nothing suitable right now, and let you pursue other agencies. Agents hunt commision and do not really care for their applicants and tenants. On the last occasion I was looking for a flat, the letting agent was talking about how obstructive tenants are these days, by not allowing unlimited access to flats for the new applicants. That should have been a warning sign.
