I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
8th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

11th May 2018 (8 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.

17th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)The Longines Global Champions Tour in Chelsea, London is superbly organised! There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.
13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an uninhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>They eventually made me cancel the council complaint too, by creating a condition that they will not let the property further until it was cancelled, thus costing me even more money than i already lost (mentioned above).<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.
23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.

1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
