20th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Shadey agency who refuses to send me my rental statements as proof they've received rent from me during my tenancy. Shoddy record keeping and billing practices by issuing me an invoice for rent after expiration of my tenancy and failing to keep their portal correct with updated information regarding tenancy end date. They hide behind an excuse of miscommunication despite there being a clear record of communication on these specific details. Lettings manager and agent undertook to send me my rental statements on 17 April - requested on the 15th- its the 20th April today and still nothing, despite this being my personal data. I'd never trust them or recommend them to anyone.

28th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. 12th Nov 2025 (26 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.

Communication was always clear and quick, and he went above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep me in the loop. Thanks to Kevin, I’ve secured a flat I absolutely love, and I’m really grateful for all his help.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.
