2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Angelina at GLP.<br><br>During more than a month of searching for a flat in London, she was the only agent who consistently followed up with me, stayed in touch, and genuinely tried to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>What really made Angelina stand out was that I never felt she was simply trying to “sell” me a property or close a deal. Unlike many other agents I dealt with during my search, I felt that her priority was actually to help me find the right home. That difference in approach was very clear and something I truly appreciated.<br><br>She was consistently professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Even after dealing with many different estate agents in London, Angelina was the one who stood out the most. I would absolutely recommend her and GLP, and she will be the first person I recommend to any of my friends looking for a home in London.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Chestertons Islington is, without question, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The sheer incompetence, appalling communication and complete lack of accountability throughout our experience have been genuinely astonishing.<br><br>Our tenancy and moving-out process was an absolute nightmare. We incurred approximately £4,000 in additional costs, spent countless hours chasing emails and attempting to resolve issues, and were subsequently faced with further disputes over what we consider to be completely unreasonable deposit deductions.<br><br>What makes this experience particularly infuriating is the apparent unwillingness to acknowledge mistakes or take meaningful responsibility for resolving them. The amount of time, money and energy we have wasted dealing with Chestertons is frankly ridiculous. For a company that markets itself as a reputable, high-end estate agency, the standard of service we received was nothing short of disgraceful.<br><br>The only exception has been Alhad, who has been helpful throughout an otherwise horrendous experience.<br><br>I cannot stress enough how strongly I would advise anyone against using Chestertons Islington- AND CHESTERTONS AS A WHOLE. I have genuinely never encountered such consistently poor service from any company. We also had an issue with the gas meter at the property, and Antonio personally helped us sort it out and made sure the problem was resolved.<br><br>We really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Thank you both for making our move and settling into the property much easier. Highly recommended!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just acknowledge an issue, she makes an effort to find a solution and follows up when needed to make sure things are sorted.<br><br>From our experience with previous property managers, I feel that Sarese is the right person for this role. His warm, personable manner makes him a pleasure to deal with, and his initiative was evident in securing us a viewing on the very first day of a property’s release. His approach undoubtedly contributed to the speed with which we put forward an offer. She was extremely patient, professional and kept me updated at every stage of the student tenancy and guarantor application. Everything was explained clearly, and I could not ask for better support. Any issues are dealt with smoothly and stress-free. All members of the team (Diane, Russell, Paul, Lenka and Mitchel) are professional and friendly and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to others in the area.

Unlike other estate agencies who I engaged with, Highcastle estates did their best to make you feel valued and supported during the process. Moreover, so far on the management side of the tenancy they have resolved any issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to friends and family.

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Recently rented a london apartment with element. Someone who was moving to london from manchester had a big drawback of communication and physically meeting and viewing. I could not stress enough how helpful freddie from element properties had been. Its only because of him that i found a gem of a property without having to even visit london for viewings. I only came down when the deal was almost final. His help throughout the process of viewing and then sarah came in to deal with the admin and she was great too. Dealing with my annoying small questions promptly and guiding through the process.<br><br>I cannot stress enough how greatful i am for these guys. Made my london move a breeze.
