They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

Communication was always clear, prompt and professional, and he kept me updated at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently and helpfully. Buying and moving house can be stressful, but Joe helped make the whole process as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice Kilbride to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your help.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Put my house on the market back in January with Edward Mellor (Hazel Grove) Chris came out to value our property and put it on the market, and Emma who helped market our property was both amazing. They sold our property on opening day for the full asking price. Zoe and Sue mortgage advisors was also 5*s , with there help and advice: But I would just like to say how disappointed we was we the after sale department after this. I got a call afew weeks later from a lady called Natalie Jenkins who said I’m your sale coordinator, and I will be looking after you through to completion. Well I just want to say how shocking the service was I received. I would call and she would never answer, it like she’d diverted my number, I would leave endless messages for her and she never returned my calls.(even the agent I was buying off struggled to reach her) Literally think I spoke with her twice in 6 months. I learnt more from my sale agent then I did from Edward Mellor.<br>Then the day we completed she was on the phone asking at what time the keys would be dropped in by! Just think certain problem shouldn’t be in certain roles if they can’t fulfill them.

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.

It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
