26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Put my house on the market back in January with Edward Mellor (Hazel Grove) Chris came out to value our property and put it on the market, and Emma who helped market our property was both amazing. They sold our property on opening day for the full asking price. Zoe and Sue mortgage advisors was also 5*s , with there help and advice: But I would just like to say how disappointed we was we the after sale department after this. I got a call afew weeks later from a lady called Natalie Jenkins who said I’m your sale coordinator, and I will be looking after you through to completion. Well I just want to say how shocking the service was I received. I would call and she would never answer, it like she’d diverted my number, I would leave endless messages for her and she never returned my calls.(even the agent I was buying off struggled to reach her) Literally think I spoke with her twice in 6 months. I learnt more from my sale agent then I did from Edward Mellor.<br>Then the day we completed she was on the phone asking at what time the keys would be dropped in by! Just think certain problem shouldn’t be in certain roles if they can’t fulfill them.

But Dean has gone out of his way to sort us a property in such a short space of time ready for when we have to move out of our current home. Couldn’t recommend him enough, much appreciated mate!

From our initial enquiry, listing the house, arranging and facilitating viewings, negotiating the final offer. Communication and feedback was excellent. The team listened to us, appreciating our requirements - a very personalised service.

Richard, Janet and Emily always responded extremely quickly, made every effort to accommodate our requests for viewings at particular times and were so well-informed about the properties-we viewed several- and took a genuine interest in what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard’s professional help and advice was invaluable. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed and were able to view our chosen property multiple times. On the day we moved in Janet and Emily met us at the house with the keys and Richard also checked that everything had gone well. We both felt that they go the extra mile to look after buyers and sellers from the initial enquiry to completion.<br>Emily and Janet ensured that we were fully informed throughout the process and provided help all with the house-buying admin.<br>As a family-run firm they were able to offer a much more personal approach to the whole process of house-buying and this was very much appreciated. We would recommend Richard Lowth & Co without hesitation as they offer exceptional service and support.

23rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.
