1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
27th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)I can highly recommend Potter and Ford. They provide a very efficient and professional service whilst maintaining a personal approach. After 2 purchasers dropped out on the sale of my mothers house they maintained the energy necessary to take the sale over the line. Well done.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)In reply to Caladrea Valari, I’ve seen the review and it’s not correct at all. I was the top of the chain and firstly I definitely didn’t hold up the exchange on the day. Jeremy and Abby were nothing short of fantastic with the sale of my property, there were two people in the chain which used internet solicitors (bad idea) who could never be reached and were very slow in any respect. Jeremy took it apon himself to constantly keep everyone in the loop, there is one point in your review which states the agents agreed the chain would have collapsed without intervention ( that intervention was Jeremy!) I used a main franchise agent before this sale which was not a great experience as at the end of the day they are on a salary whereas Jeremy is a sole agent and he wants to get you the sale. If you want someone to sell your house and go the extra mile then I would recommend Jeremy swan.
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

13th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

9th Aug 2018 (7 years ago)We originally let our property through Binks and the service they provided was brilliant. Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. The team (Mark and Jonathan) there are approachable, knowledgeable and always contactable. The Wilson Heal team did not add any stress or complications to the process and were amenable to my buyers requirements. They were very good at communicating with all parties throughout the process and no doubt were a big part of the reason that it all went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Wilson Heal to anyone looking to sell their property, a great business.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
