Awful experience with Reades , we completed an application for a tenancy and heard nothing back , chased again after a week to be told the forms were lost, we had to do it again, we still didn’t hear I called the next day to then be told we will call you back. I was then emailed that afternoon to be told , you can’t have the property they won’t allow a dog!!!<br>I then emailed again a couple of weeks ago about another rental but no response !!
