Hannah was very persistent in maintaining contact with me when 2 years had passed with another agency and no success. Thank you for being so helpful and professional Hannah. Once I made the decision to relaunch with Redbrick things moved so efficiently and smoothly, the online challenges I experienced were supported by Lisa and Ellice and within about 10 days the house was sold. I appreciate the diligence, prompt communications and conducting viewings when I was unavailable. Overall I am delighted and very impressed with the team. Thank you.
6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.
15th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Couldn't ask for better more professional estate agents. Always keep in touch, either on the phone or by email. The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. I would highly recommend them
31st May 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent valuation that led to two viewings the day the property was advertised. One of those led to a bid for the asking price. Couldn't fault Wilson's for their professionalism and value for money and on our experience we would recommend them to anyone.

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

Josh was very approachable, professional and thorough from the start of the letting process until getting the keys and securing our new home. Josh did all of the hard work for me and was super efficient with all aspects of the paperwork and was excellent at keeping me updated at every step. 7th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)No happy at all, My partner and I had been to look at a house to rent. We made the application as others had as well. They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable Home as we have 2 kids! Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.

Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.
