20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through. I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM. JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor. I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably. I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

From the initial valuation through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated after viewings, and they worked hard to keep everything moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and the Winkworth team to anyone looking to sell their home.

16th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We bought a house through Homes and found their staff were helpful, professional and extremely reliable. Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.

She consistently went above and beyond, staying in touch outside of working hours to ensure we had access to the latest available properties. Aimee kept us fully informed about every home we were interested in and even came out three separate times to show us properties early on Sunday mornings and late on weekday evenings. Her dedication significantly increased our chances of securing our dream home and positioned us strongly among the competition. Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! A pleasure dealing with you.

Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. A faultless service and we cannot thank you enough for your help.- 24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)EweMove provided an exceptional service. The property was on the market very quickly, including professional photography and brochure production. We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!
