15th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)On viewing a property that we were buying there was a bad leak I advised Colin at House & Home and it was not passed onto the vendors and when he handed over the property to me the ceiling had fallen down from the leak he literally gave me the keys and ran with running water from the ceiling absolutely disgusting handling of a huge problem spent £930 to have emergency work. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone. Photos of how he handed me the property even tried to blame my builder who had no access to the property. We are hard working people and this house is where I’m staying while my mum fights aggressive breast cancer this was the last thing I needed. Posted by Mrs R Kirk

9th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)My daughter and I attended IMove together with the Landlord's sister of the property that my daughter wanted to rent and were attended to by Bash. He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. 19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)SAME REVIEW AS PREVIOUS USERS. STAFF ARE RUDE, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
12th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
14th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before
