After my previous tenant gave notice, Ruby was quick to let me know and quickly found a range of excellent potential tenants. She moved quickly to ensure all contracts were signed and her communication with me was excellent. The new tenant moved in the day after the flat was vacated, and Ruby even arranged for gas inspection/certificate on same day. A superb managed-service. Well done Ruby!

To me, the agent didnt really seem to know what they were talking about. Owner seems more interested in opening new shops then helping with current clients and wasnt very attentive whilst showing him around. Would not recommend unfortunately.
