I can't speak highly enough of Andrews in Headington, and in particular Rebecca Copelin, who handled the sale of my property in Headington.<br><br>The sale wasn't straightforward. Becca managed some very difficult periods very well, staying transparent and keeping communication honest when things could easily have turned tricky. Throughout the process she operated with great integrity, which I really value in an agent and think is a rare find. I just sold my house with Andrews and wanted to share my positive experience. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful. They compiled the sales brochure efficiently and got the house up onto sales sites very quickly. They were probably a bit too optimistic at first and we put the house on for too much to begin with, but we brought the price down to a more realistic level and then there was plenty of interest and they helped me get a good offer which was above my bottom line. After the offer they were very helpful during the sale process, liaising with the buyer when necessary and helping me with various bits of paperwork and other things. This helped the process to go through quickly and smoothly. And, importantly, their charges are very reasonable too. So overall highly recommended. Thanks everyone!

The time they took going over all their properties and the nearest amenities and bus routes helped me better understand the areas that would work best for me. Andrews Headington let and managed my Oxford house for 14 years.<br>They always found tenants, and the longest void was a month.<br>However there has been a marked difference in the quality of management.<br>The first ten years were generally terrible. The only thing they were reliable at was collecting money.<br>A few years ago, there was a high staff turnover and since then it has been a lot better. Julie Calver convinced me to stick with Andrews and I am glad I did. She knows what she’s doing, as does Elizabeth Taylor who sorted maintenance. I will miss our chats Liz, and will think of you whenever I hear the Taylor Swift song in your name!<br>LIz and other staff are fully across the new rental regulations, which should give clients confidence.<br>So all in all, I would recommend Andrews Lettings, but would be wary if some of their best people moved on.<br>———<br>Andrews Headington (sales) also recently sold my house in Oxford.<br>For reasons beyond my or their control, the sale was more complex and took longer than we hoped - frustrating for all involved. Becca Copelin took over mid way through and immediately filled me with confidence that she had the determination, tact and knowhow to get the sale over the line. Thanks for sticking with it, Becca. I hope your next sale is a lot easier ??????.<br>I would recommend Andrews Headington sales.

My family and I were in a unique situation where Andrews was managing our tenancy, handling our purchase of a property and the sale of the property we are renting. It would not an exaggeration that we were well looked after by almost everyone at the Headington office. So a big thank you to Sammi, Anisa, Julie, Jennie, Leanne, Joe, Liz, Tom, Becca, Katie and Theo (sorry if I missed anyone) for taking care of us not only in the last few months but over the last 18 months since we arrived in Oxford. Whenever we had any concerns or issues, these were looked into and taken care of in good time. As for our being able to purchase our own home, Andrews have been pivotal not only making it possible but also making it less daunting than it can be. We struggled to find a property to rent until Sammi stepped in to save the day. We were struggling to purchase a home and once we eventually met Katie, Becca and Theo we knew instantly that they would help and this has proven correct.<br>So from my family and I, we really appreciate what everyone has done for us over the years and having done so in such a friendly and calming manner when sometimes for us it got very stressful.<br>I would highly recommend Andrews Headington and they should be, from our experiences, your first port of call whether renting, buying or selling.

Had a positive experience with Andrews on a difficult matter requiring bailiffs. Oxford council will not rehouse tenants until bailiffs are brought in therefore the tenant doesn't leave. A 10 month process, a lost sale & massive costs. Andrews navigated these problems very well and managed to get new tenants up and running very quickly once the removal order was served. A full deposit to cover dilapidations was also achieved.

My husband and I put our two bedroom flat in Headington up for sale with Andrews. Our real estate agent was terrible - promising updates after viewings that we never received, forgetting details about the property such as leasehold vs freehold, monthly maintenance costs etc that we had provided her with. The agent was unable to remember who had put in offers and didn't follow up with any of them. The property was on the market for 11 months and no matter the feedback we provided, there was no improvement.<br>Given the lack of clear communication for us, I don't doubt that the viewings were conducted in an unprofessional and highly confusing manner.<br>Please steer clear, and you may have to pay more in fees, and pick a real estate agency that actually cares about you.
