   If all estate agents had the high bar of professionalism like Emma Mackie, selling and buying would be exciting and stress free. I had left London after living in the wonderful city for 5 decades and moved to West Sussex. Having lived in this part of the world for just over two years, I realised that it was a mistake. I decided to put my property for sale with a local agent and move back to London. Which meant I was going to London regularly to view properties. I had heard of Horton & Garton and and started looking at their properties for sale on their website. I knew instinctively that I would find the perfect home through them but specially once I had met Emma - we just connected and she emitted a very professional aura and yet weaved into it was warmth, knowledge, and someone who knew her field inside out.    I’ve been with London estates for 3 years, and I have to say they are one of the best agency’s I’ve been with over the last 8 years, I’ve had 5 different flats since moving to London and they are the only agency that have been hassle free and have made the whole experience of renting as stress free as they could. They might be a small agency but they have made a massive impact to myself in comparison to any big agency.
