22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve once again had a wonderful experience with the team at Barnard Marcus West Kensignton. Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.
I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Louis Panagi, the agent at Druce Brook Green, who helped buy me my first house. Was always quick at replying to queries throughout the process. Thank you!

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Excellent flat sale and support. We put my partner’s flat for sale with Fletchers after almost a year of it being listed with another agent with little interest. Within a week of it being with Fletchers we had an offer at full asking price.
Throughout the process of sale Emma provided excellent support. She was extremely proactive in chasing what needed to be done to get the sale to completion. The service provided was exceptional and I would highly recommend Emma and Fletchers Estate Agents.
8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I simply let them get on with it - and they did .
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Many thanks to Loren from management - Very good experience throughout our time in the flat managed by her - quick, understanding, and overall great care!
22nd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Disgusting behaviour from this agency
14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Took 3 weeks to get our deposit back and about 20 emails chasing it. Very poor communication - completely ignoring emails and blaming the delay on unpaid bills which were actually for another flat. They were fine during the tenancy so a bit of a shame to end it this way.
18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Tates have been my estate agents for over 20 years. They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.
